Clear enough but took more effort than expected

I had imagined the software and access setup to be mostly straightforward just as the initial guides suggested. However, it demanded more time for me to fully understand the flow of operations and the way different features interacted. There was significant clarifying needed around the database connectivity and dialing tools. While the explanations were generally clear, it required consistent attention and revisits especially when automatic updates changed accessible sections. Compared to other similar platforms I've tried, I was expecting quicker onboarding, but the detailed explanations did help once I put in the effort. Overall, the clarity was commendable but it wasn’t quite as effortless as I initially assumed.
