Clear enough, but felt like a bit of a puzzle
The whole sales and pre-purchase experience was clear for the most part, but honestly it felt like a bit of a puzzle trying to wrap my head around all the terminology used. The labels on different features didn’t necessarily match what I expected based on other software products I’ve seen, which was disorienting at times. It required more reading between the lines than I would have liked to fully understand what was being offered. That aside, the information was straightforward enough to form a decent idea of the software’s capabilities without too much struggle. The process felt reasonably transparent on pricing and invoicing as well, which I appreciated. Overall, it didn’t feel confusing or misleading, but at the same time, some improvements in the wording and presentation would have made the whole thing feel more cohesive and less like a guessing game. So, I’m left with the feeling that it’s generally solid but could benefit from clearer, more intuitive labeling and explanations to make the user experience smoother from the start.
