Clear enough, but a minor reservation remained

The people involved made an effort to answer my questions directly without unnecessary jargon, which was a relief. That said, I did feel a small hesitation regarding how detailed some aspects were explained—perhaps just a little more upfront about the ongoing support options and update schedule would have helped set clearer expectations. Overall, though, the whole experience felt smooth and reliable, which gave me confidence. If I had to sum it up in a phrase, I'd say it was straightforward with a slight room for more detail.
