Clear distinction between one-off setup and ongoing support
When I first signed up and began the onboarding process, I appreciated that the initial setup was mostly straightforward. The software guided me through configuring my profile and integrating the database feature seamlessly, which didn’t take much time. After this, I moved on to explore the calling tools and dialer, and I noticed that the routine tasks I needed to perform daily were more about continuous use than repeated setups. The automatic updates worked well, requiring no interference from my side, which helped maintain workflow stability. However, I did find that some aspects of ongoing customization, like adjusting calling parameters, required me to revisit the settings regularly, and that could be a bit time-consuming. Overall, the balance between the initial setup and the ongoing adjustments felt mostly reasonable, with enough documentation and telephonic support available if needed, although sometimes I wished there was more proactive guidance during the regular use phase.
