Having used WFHI training and onboarding, I can compare it directly to other similar services I have experienced. This training aligns closely with standard structures, covering software navigation, use of the dialer, database, and updates systematically. The onboarding flow presented the material in a sequential manner, which made following along manageable. Compared to previous experiences, this training did not overwhelm with jargon or unnecessary complexity, focusing instead on practical application. However, one aspect that felt slightly less tailored was the onboarding pace being somewhat generic, which might not appeal to users who want either a very fast or slower learning curve. The invoicing and payment process was transparent and did not cause confusion.
