Clear communication was hit and miss, some help but much confusion
While the support team did provide useful assistance at certain points, I found that the clarity in their explanations was inconsistent. On the one hand, when I first reached out for help with the dialer setup, the instructions were fairly straightforward, and the representative patiently guided me through the necessary steps over the phone. However, at other times, particularly regarding database functionalities and software updates, the explanations felt vague and left me more confused than helped. This inconsistency made it difficult to depend fully on support when urgent matters arose. I did appreciate the professionalism displayed during the calls and the fact that they made themselves available for telephonic support, which was better than email-only options some other platforms offer. Yet, the lack of consistent clarity in communication reduced my overall confidence. For future improvement, clearer step-by-step guides and more precise support dialogue would be beneficial so that users can navigate the platform with greater ease and less frustration.
