However, while the initial communication was strong, what I found lacking was any proactive follow-up or supplementary materials that could reinforce what was discussed. Given the complexity of some updates and the integration of new functionalities, a more detailed written summary or user reference after calls would have been very helpful. This gap meant I sometimes had to revisit previous conversations or experiment on my own, which could have been smoother with added support resources. In sum, the explanations provided were satisfactory, but enhancing support with lasting documentation or proactive check-ins would improve the overall user confidence and mastery of the software.
