Clear communication vs confusing labels

Clear communication vs confusing labels

I found the sales and pre-purchase information somewhat contradictory and unclear. There were attempts to clarify what the software offers, which was appreciated, but the wording and labels used often left me confused rather than informed. On one hand, the service promises straightforward setup and access, but the details provided were full of jargon and inconsistent explanations. This mismatch made me hesitant to proceed with signing up because I couldn’t fully understand what to expect. While the effort to sell the product was evident, better clarity and simpler language in describing the product’s features and onboarding would have made the process more trustworthy and accessible. Unfortunately, I ended up not going further with the purchase owing to this confusion.
