Clear communication suits organized users, less so if rushed

For a software service like WFHI, the telephonic support and communication channels mostly made sense, though I can see how the specific wording and labels might throw off some people. The instructions and training materials used clear language, but sometimes the labels on buttons or features were a bit technical or jargon-heavy, which could be confusing if you’re new or not very patient with terminology. I personally appreciated that because I’m used to that kind of language and it helped me get a precise grasp of the software functions. The pace of support calls was steady and not rushed, giving me time to ask questions. However, I imagine this approach might not suit users looking for super fast or very simplified guidance during issue resolution. The balance between clear, professional wording and accessibility felt tailored to users comfortable with moderately technical content. So, if you prefer hands-on detailed explanations and don’t mind some technical terms, this would suit you. But if you want quick, simplified answers with less jargon, it might be a little frustrating at times.
