Automatic updates happen frequently but the team explained how they minimize disruptions, and that became clear when I experienced consistent uptime. The invoicing and payment process was also made very transparent through support. Overall, I think their communication style is a definite plus, even if it requires some mental bandwidth to fully grasp all the info shared in one go. That clarity is the one part that really stood out amidst an otherwise dense set of details.
