Clear communication matters but this one left me puzzled
I’ve had mixed feelings about the sales communications and labeling with this product. On one hand, it was helpful to have a well-organized website and sign-up flow with clear steps for payment and invoicing. That gave me some confidence overall. On the other hand, the way certain features and training options were described seemed vague or overlapping, which left me unsure about what exactly I was buying or signing up for. I had to spend extra time comparing descriptions just to make sure I was on the right track. If I were telling a friend, I’d say it’s like getting the basics clearly but having to decode some terms and options yourself. That can be frustrating if you want everything spelled out neatly upfront. So, while the process worked fine in practical terms, the confusing wording weighed on me enough to withhold a better rating.
