Clear but could be bit more intuitive and user-friendly
The WFHI software setup process was quite straightforward and most of the steps were well explained, which made initial access smooth. I especially appreciated the clarity around how to use the key features like the dialer and database, they broke down the functions neatly without overwhelming me. However, one thing that felt a bit lacking was the intuitiveness of navigating between sections; sometimes I found myself guessing where to find certain tools. The onboarding flow did a good job but compared to other platforms I’ve tried, it could be more streamlined to reduce this friction. Also, the automatic updates were seamless and didn’t disrupt my work, which was a plus, though some update release notes were a bit vague. Invoicing and payment were simple to complete, leaving no room for confusion. Overall, the software delivers well explained content and solid reliability, with minor room for improving user-friendliness in access.
