I found the billing and payment explanations from WFHI quite clear overall, which helped me understand exactly what was expected at each step. The invoice I received detailed the charges clearly, so there was no confusion about amounts or billing periods. The clarity made me feel in control of the entire payment process and reduced any hesitations I might have had. However, I did notice that after paying, the confirmation page could have used a bit more detailed information on the next steps or whom to contact if issues arose, which was a small reservation on my part. Despite this, the telephonic support was responsive when I had a question, which reassured me. This experience encouraged me to trust the system and continue using the software because I knew billing wouldn’t be a hurdle. So I rate it 5 stars largely for the clarity, with that minor note about confirmation communication to improve.
