Clear and thorough training made the onboarding manageable
The training provided was very clear and detailed which made the onboarding process much easier than I expected. Each step was explained carefully so I understood how to set up the software and integrate the calling tools and dialer with the database feature. The instructions did require some effort and dedication on my part, especially while navigating the interface for the first time. However, the structured approach helped me gain confidence quickly. Automatic updates were explained up front to avoid surprises, and the telephonic support was readily available to answer questions. While the learning curve was not trivial, the clarity of the training sessions made it manageable and worthwhile. Overall, the effort invested in following the guidance has been paying off with smoother daily workflow management. I appreciate that the training tried to cover all necessary aspects without overwhelming me unnecessarily.
