Clear and sensible wording made things easy to follow
I want to highlight how much the clear and consistent wording throughout the training and onboarding really helped me avoid confusion. From the very first steps, the labels and instructions made sense and felt user-friendly, which was important to me because sometimes software jargon can be overwhelming. This was noticeable in sections like setting up the database and understanding the dialer functions. The documentation and the prompts used simple language rather than unnecessary technical terms, so everything was approachable, even for someone without much prior experience. That said, the only minor issue was the inconsistency in some menu titles between the training modules and the live software interface, which threw me off briefly until I realized it was referring to the same feature under a different name. Apart from that, the onboarding flow was logical and the wording choices clearly aimed to make the experience straightforward, which I appreciate. It felt like the team behind the software genuinely cares about clarity, and that made me more confident in using the product efficiently.
