Clear and mostly fine, but a feature felt missing
Over several weeks of using the billing and payment system, I found it mostly smooth and reliable. The invoices were generated consistently and the payment process went as expected day to day. Logging in and managing my account was straightforward, and the automatic updates did not disrupt anything. However, I noticed something a bit missing in terms of detailed payment history or filtering options, which I think could help monitor multiple invoices better. While this omission did not cause any major inconvenience, it did deter an otherwise seamless experience. The telephonic support when I called for clarification was polite and helpful, reassuring me. Overall, the billing part did its job well enough, and I appreciate the steady functionality with the quirks minor enough not to get in the way. I might consider this software again, but I hope the payment records get a little more depth in the future iterations. That small reservation is really the only downside from my weekly interactions.
