Clear and Intuitive Onboarding Overall
I was initially expecting the onboarding process to be confusing, especially with so many steps involved in setting up remote workflows with WFHI. However, the actual experience was quite the opposite. The wording used in the training modules and labels on buttons made more sense than I had anticipated. For instance, terms that I thought might be technical jargon turned out to be clearly explained, which helped me feel confident from the start. Compared to other platforms I've seen before, this one felt more user-friendly in how it introduced new concepts. That said, there were a few moments when I had to double-check what a label referred to, but this was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the combination of the training content and onboarding flow felt thoughtfully designed and practical. I found it helpful to understand not just what each tool does but also how to integrate them into my daily remote work routine. It definitely set me up well for moving forward with the software.
