Clarity on labels would help
I found the billing and payment process to be fairly straightforward overall. The terms and labels used were mostly clear, but I felt like some parts could have been better explained. Navigating through the invoices felt a bit cumbersome at times. Still, it wasn't a major issue, and I appreciated the automated updates that helped keep everything in line.
