Clarity of software access instructions was the standout
Reflecting back on my experience with the software and access part of the service, I found it to be a classic case of mixed results. On the positive side, the training materials and onboarding guides did a reasonable job of explaining how to log in and navigate the dashboard. The step-by-step instructions were easy to follow initially, and I did get set up without major difficulty. However, what stood out was some ambiguity around permissions for certain features, which only became clear after trial and error. The explanations weren't always consistent when it came to different user roles and access levels, so that was confusing until I figured it out myself. It also took a while for the automatic updates to reflect appropriately in my interface, and sometimes the software felt a bit sluggish during peak times, which disrupted workflow. I appreciated that telephonic support was available, yet I did not make use of it as the core software was serviceable despite these hiccups. Overall, the experience was neither particularly frustrating nor especially smooth — just somewhere in between with clear areas for improvement around documentation and performance.
