Clarity issues led to cancellation before even starting

The wording and labels in the sales and pre-purchase material were quite confusing, which ultimately deterred me from continuing with the service. Many of the terms used in the interface and documentation did not align clearly with their functions, and I often had to guess what a feature would do. The lack of standard labels made navigation difficult, and the onboarding instructions left some ambiguity. While the dialer and database features seemed promising on paper, I could not confidently proceed without better clarity. The sign-up process was also somewhat disjointed, with vague invoicing steps that raised questions. Due to these issues with wording and labels, I decided not to move forward. It was not an issue of unwillingness to try but rather a disconnect that made the overall experience less usable and trustworthy from the outset.
