Clarity in software instructions was disappointing

I found the initial software explanations to be rather lacking in detail, which caused some confusion during setup. The documentation did not clearly outline steps for using the dialer or managing the database, leading to wasted time figuring out basic operations. On the other hand, I must acknowledge that the payment process was straightforward and the invoicing system worked without issue. However, the onboarding flow was somewhat disorganized, which made the overall experience cumbersome at the start. Support responses were not exactly prompt and didn’t provide very clear answers, especially when I needed guidance on a few features. Automatic updates occasionally caused disruptions in work, which was frustrating given the lack of prior notice. Though the calling tools performed reasonably well once learned, the initial hurdles were enough to leave a negative impression. In summary, while some parts like payment and invoicing were handled well, the poor clarity and communication during the software introduction overshadowed any positive aspects. I had expected a much clearer explanation of key features to allow smoother adoption and less frustration.
