Clarity in onboarding scripts but room to improve in live sessions

The training and onboarding from WFHI had a pretty clear structure when it came to the prepared instructional scripts and written materials. That part worked well since it laid out the steps logically and provided easy-to-follow explanations. I appreciated those resources, as it helped me get a grip on the software’s features, especially the database and dialer tools. On the other hand, the live onboarding sessions were a bit more hit or miss. Some trainers were able to answer questions clearly and guide me through troubleshooting scenarios, but others were vague or rushed in their explanations, which left some areas confusing. There was a balance to strike between covering the necessary content and allowing for interaction, but I felt that sometimes the pace affected understanding negatively. I’d say the textual materials and scripts formed a solid foundation overall, but I’d want more consistency in the live guidance next time. That combination would really help with comprehension, as currently, I found myself dependent more on the written parts than the real-time support during training.
