Circular process made the onboarding tough to follow

Starting off, I had to go through several steps that seemed out of logical order, which made the whole sales and onboarding process more effortful than necessary. The sign-up page came first, which was straightforward, but then I was asked to select features before getting full access to any trial or training, which felt premature. After completing payment, I only then received detailed instructions, by which time I was already confused about the dialing tools and also how to use the database feature, as there was no early hands-on flow. The calling tools setup logically falls after understanding the dashboard, but I had to repeatedly switch across screens which was time-consuming. Telephonic support was available but contacting them felt like jumping through hoops. Automatic updates seemed to happen at odd times, sometimes interrupting training videos abruptly. Though all parts existed, the sequence of steps could be streamlined better to help new users like me, so that less time goes in figuring out what comes next and more on actually using the tools. This entire upfront process required a lot of personal effort and patience before I could really get the hang of the software.
