Chalta hai, enough to get started
Training sessions were designed well enough to get me familiar with the software, though I won't say it was lightning fast. Thoda patience lagta hain because some modules repeat basics, par ye thoda helpful bhi hota hain jab aapko sari cheez yaad karni hoti hain. Onboarding was mostly smooth; I could understand how to use the calling tools aur database feature without too much struggle. Although setup thoda lambaa chala, this was partly because I wanted to make sure everything was configured correctly before diving in. The dialer took some getting used to, but once I was comfortable, I could handle my calls effectively. Updates kept coming sometimes jaise naye features bhi aaye jo mujhe thoda confuse kar diya initially, but it's part of improving the software I guess. Overall, the whole package felt practical and decent for someone like me who wanted to start remote workflow efficiently without getting stuck on tools. I feel ready to use it regularly now, even if it required some initial effort.
