Cautiously optimistic after the payment process
I went into the billing and payments workflow a bit uncertain because I wanted everything crystal clear from the start. The sign-up and invoicing were mostly straightforward, with automated reminders and invoice generation working well, which definitely boosted my confidence. However, I did have a small reservation because the payment confirmation notifications weren’t entirely consistent. Sometimes I waited longer than expected to see an update on my dashboard, which made me double-check the process on my side more than once. By the end, though, I felt fairly assured that the system handled payments reliably, but I think a little more polish on communication timing would help. Overall, a decent experience with a small hiccup here and there.
