Calmer than expected: A decent purchase experience overall
When I first started with the pre-purchase and sales part, I expected a lot of back-and-forth and maybe confusion about payments and signups. I thought it might be overwhelming because setting up software and training remotely sounded complicated. But the process turned out to be surprisingly calm and more straightforward than I imagined. The invoicing was clear, and there wasn’t much delay with the payment procedures. I felt the explanations regarding the automatic updates and the database features were helpful, and I got a decent walkthrough of the calling tools and dialer functions. However, I did notice that some of the finer details on update schedules were glossed over a bit too quickly, which left me with minor doubts. Still, by the end of it, I was mostly confident in what I was buying and how it would integrate with my remote workflows. The whole experience, in one phrase, was reassuringly practical, not flashy but definitely functional and sensible for what I need. I’d say it met most expectations and left room to clarify a few technical things better.
