Calm Confidence Took a Few Days, But I Saw Progress
Starting with the WFHI training and onboarding was a process that I approached with measured expectations. It didn’t feel like I was thrown in, which I appreciated because I prefer to absorb information steadily rather than rush through it. The initial sessions gave me a warm but structured introduction to the dashboard and the remote workflow software, allowing me to get comfortable with the calling tools and database features. I think what helped was the pacing: it wasn’t too fast to overwhelm me, nor too slow to lose focus. Although it took a few days to truly feel like I was using the system confidently, it was clear that the training was designed to build a firm foundation rather than just quick onboarding. I appreciate how the balance was struck, so even though it wasn’t instant, by the end of the week I was smoothly utilizing the software. This more deliberate approach suits me well, and it shows thoughtful planning behind the onboarding.
