Calling support was a mixed bag, and it drained more time than I liked
I’ve had to explain the same problems to support multiple times already, which is pretty tiring when you think about it. On the plus side, they do pick up the phone and you’re not left hanging forever. The telephonic support has good intentions and the people I spoke with tried to help fast, but there was a lot of repetition and I didn’t feel like they always had the answers I needed right away. It took more calls than expected to get some of my issues sorted, and it’s clear I'll probably need to contact them again next time something unusual pops up with the software. The automatic updates sometimes introduced small bugs that required a call, which added to the frustration. However, when things worked, they worked well, especially the database and dialer integration. So, while I wish I didn’t need to call so often, the support at least does exist and tries to assist. It just requires a bit of persistence on my end to get through.
