Breaking it down, it was mostly smooth but a few surprises
So when I first logged into the software, I immediately noticed that the dashboard was neat and fairly intuitive, which helped me avoid feeling lost. The sign-up process was clear and the invoicing was straightforward, so no issues there. Training sessions walked me through features like the dialer and database, but I found I had to figure out some parts myself, like how to customize calling lists and manage filters effectively. Luckily, the automatic updates applied in the background without interrupting my work. The calling tools worked well for most of the week, but I did notice occasional minor glitches during longer sessions that required a restart. Telephonic support was helpful when I reached out with questions, and priority assistance responded fairly quickly. Overall, I’d say it was a good balance between having structure and needing to experiment a bit, and I’d tell a friend that while it’s mostly easy to use, expect to spend some time exploring on your own for certain features.
