Both good and bad sides of support
Honestly, I was a bit frustrated with the telephonic support from WFHI. It felt like getting a real person ready to help took forever, and once I got through, the answers were often vague or generic. I was hoping the communication would be more straightforward, especially during the onboarding when I was expecting clearer guidance. But I do have to admit the team updated me when they said they would, so that part was consistent and sort of reassuring. Still, the back-and-forth was tiring, and by the end of it, I felt a little less confident about using some of the more complex features. It wasn’t like I could just call and get a quick fix, which was disappointing, because I really wanted to trust their help on this. So overall, the experience left me pretty mixed, leaning towards annoyed more than anything else. The positive side? They were polite and made sure to call back, which you don’t always get with support. But yeah, if you’re someone who wants quick, confident answers, this might not be ideal for you. Honestly, I don’t think I felt fully comfortable with the software by the time I finished those conversations, which was a bummer.
