Boht zyada wait aur baar-baar repeat karna pada, frustrating
Main software ka access lena chahti thi and expect kar rahi thi ki signup se dashboard tak process smoothly chalta. Lekin baar-baar verification aur reconnect karna pada jab dialer use kar rahi thi. Har call ke beech mein lagtay waqt pe interruptions aate rahe jis wajah se kaam ruk jata tha. Database mein entries karte samay bhi updates slow the, mujhe baar baar refresh karna pada, jo mera samay barbaad karta tha. Support team se baat karne mein bhi wait lag gaya, wo disappointed kar dene wala tha. Jo software main shop se lena chahti thi uske mukable yeh kaafi faster hone chahiye tha. Puri process ekdum tedious aur time consuming lagi mujhe, bilkul hi accha experience nahi tha.
