Bohot lamba time lag gaya support se baat karne mein
Main initially soch rahi thi ki support team jaldi respond karegi, but poora process itna slow tha ki frustration ho gayi thi. Jab maine call kiya toh wait time bohot zyada tha, aur jab finally baat hui, toh lag raha tha ki unko mere problem samajh nahi aa rahi thi. Communication bhi clear nahi thi, thoda confusing lag raha tha. Ye jo pehle expect kar rahi thi ki support seamless hoga, waise bilkul nahi tha. Software update ke baad bhi mujhe lag raha hai ki issues waise hi hai. Phone pe baat karna itna tedious ki progress ruk gayi thi. Thoda zyada quick response hota toh shayad main better feel karti, abhi itna time lagne ki wajah se main thoda disappointed hoon aur soch rahi hoon ki aage kaise chalau ye software-use.
