Dialer and database features chalane me mujhe kaafi problems aayi, aur jab support se contact kiya, they delayed har time jab mera issue solve hona chahiye tha. Training bhi incomplete lag rahi thi, aur software ke automatic updates ne toh confusion aur badha di. Mujhe laga tha sab easy hoga, payment process aur invoicing me bhi clarity nahi thi. Overall ye pura experience frustrating tha, kyunki jo help chahiye thi us waqt mil nahi rahi thi, aur ye baate mujhe pehle nahi batai gayi thi.
