bit of a what’s missing vibe
So, I gotta say, the support was there when I reached out, but honestly, I ended up figuring out most stuff on my own. There’s not a whole lot of hand-holding or step-by-step help during onboarding and even with the training, it felt like I had to poke around the software a lot to get comfortable. The calls with support didn’t really walk me through every detail, and sometimes I was left wondering if I missed a memo or some tutorial video that explained a feature I was trying to use. Communication’s good, though not too pushy or overbearing, which is nice. Invoicing and payments went smooth enough, didn't need to ask much there. Still, it’d be cool if there was a more interactive way to get help besides just calling or emailing—like maybe chat support or built-in guides that pop up exactly when you need them. Right now it’s a bit of a find-your-own-way thing, which doesn’t bother me too much but maybe for others it might. Overall it’s solid, just wish things were wired together better on the support and communication front so I wouldn’t have to go hunting so much.
