bit confused at first, but some parts really worked well
I found the onboarding experience to be a mix of good and not-so-good elements. The initial setup felt a bit complex with lots of different features to configure, especially the database and the calling tools. That part felt very much like a one-off process where you have to spend a good chunk of time upfront before seeing any tangible benefit. On the other hand, the training sessions were helpful in making me comfortable with the software, though there were moments I wished the process was less rushed and more personalized. What worked well for me was the automatic updates feature, which kept the software running smoothly without frequent manual checks. Payment and invoicing were straightforward and well-managed, which took a load off my mind during setup. The only downside was some lack of continuous personalized support after the initial phases, which made me feel a bit on my own with ongoing maintenance. Still, I give credit for a solid system that can be useful with some effort. It’s a decent balance of initial effort versus long-term ease, but definitely not seamless from the start.
