Billing wasn’t exactly what I expected, but manageable
You know, I thought billing would be a bit more hands-off when I signed up with WFHI, but turns out I had to figure quite a bit out myself. At first, I was hoping the payment process would be automatic and simple without any extra input from my side, but there were parts of the invoicing system that weren’t super clear to me. I mean, the software did send out invoices on time and updates happened automatically, but I had to spend some time verifying those details to make sure everything matched up with what I planned. It’s not that it was a total hassle or anything, just that I had to put in some effort to really get comfortable with how it works. The support over the phone helped when I contacted them, but definitely not something available ‘round the clock, so sometimes I had to wait a bit which was a bit frustrating. Signing up was easy though, and overall I could deal with all the small bumps because things got smoother the more I used the software. If you expect everything to be handled for you without your input, this might be a bit off. But if you don’t mind spending some time figuring things out and dealing with it casually, then it’s pretty alright. I’m good with it now, just needed some patience in the beginning.
