I found the invoicing and payment process generally straightforward. Signing up and receiving the invoice did not present any surprises or complications, and the labels for each charge were mostly clear. However, what was missing was guidance on the subsequent steps after payment—there was no clear indication if or when a confirmation or receipt would be sent via email, or how long it would take to get full access to updates. This lack of communication left me uncertain about whether I needed further assistance for future billing cycles. I might need to call support next time just to make sure everything proceeds normally, which ideally wouldn’t be necessary if some more detailed instructions were provided upfront.
