Billing was confusing, not as expected
The whole billing and payment thing with this software was really not what I expected at all. I was hoping for a clearer and more transparent process, but instead it felt kind of cluttered and hard to track where my payments were going. All the different charges and invoice timings didn't match what I had in mind when signing up. At first, I was quite excited about the software features, but this payment confusion really dampened the experience for me. Honestly, I ended up spending too much time trying to understand the bills and it was frustrating.
