Billing wala scene simple hi nahi tha
Payment process ko samajhna thoda mushkil tha. Invoice milne me bhi thoda confusion hua, kyunki exact charges dikhne me clarity nahi thi. Jab support ko call kiya toh unhone thoda help kiya, lekin billing ke masle ko explain karna straightforward nahi tha. Database feature aur dialer use karte waqt actual experience thik tha, par jab payment aur invoicing ki baat aayi toh sab kuch clear nahi tha. Sign-up me koi bada issue nahi aaya, bas payment confirm hona thoda complex laga. Jo mujhe sabse zyada problem lagi, wo tha invoice ka format aur payment detail ka track rakhna. Mera yeh kehna hai ki billing procedure aasan hone chahiye tha, par wo nahi tha. Overall thoda disappointing experience raha yeh part.
