Billing took way longer than I thought
The billing and payment process really took me by surprise in terms of time. I was expecting it to be much quicker, and I wasn’t fully sure about all the steps involved initially. Although invoices arrived as promised, I needed to double-check a few times to confirm details matched what I had expected. I’m still thinking about whether I missed some instruction during sign-up or if the delays were inherent in their system. Overall, the process seemed reliable but the amount of time it took made me question if I was prepared well enough for it or not, which left me a bit unsure.
