The whole billing and payment process was mostly straightforward, but I did find that figuring out the tax calculations on my invoice took longer than I expected. It wasn’t immediately obvious how the numbers were being generated and I had to do some trial and error with different information to see how it affected the totals. Aside from that, the rest of the billing process felt fairly automated, which was good. Eventually I got the hang of it but the time I spent double-checking the invoice details slowed me down more than I thought it would, even though overall the system worked well enough for regular use.
