Billing took longer than I hoped, but not all bad
The billing and payment procedures weren’t entirely smooth, and I did find myself waiting around quite a bit for confirmations, which was a bit draining. The repeat prompts to recheck invoices or confirm payment multiples felt more than necessary, stretching the overall time longer than I preferred. That said, once everything was processed correctly, the records were accurate and clear enough to follow, so that was reassuring. Dealing with the payment platform itself was fairly intuitive after the initial learning curve, and the invoices arrived on time once past the back-and-forth. I think the process could use fewer redundant steps to make it quicker and less repetitive overall. Regarding the software dashboard, it does a decent job of merging billing info and recent activity, which helps stay organized in between payments. So, while the waiting and repeated checks were definitely drawbacks, the clarity and eventual accuracy of the billing details made a fair trade-off. I’m hopeful that future updates might smooth out these time-consuming parts, because I do see potential in the system with a little polishing in this area.
