Maine jab WFHI ke liye sign-up kiya tha, toh thoda dheere-thoda process start hua. Payment aur invoicing ka system generally samajhna thoda time lega, par overall tumne straightforward rakha tha. Billing page pe jana tha, wahan se invoices download karna tha, ye sab steps mujhe samajhne mein kuch din lage. Lekin, ek baar jo setup ho gaya, tab se process kaafi smooth lag raha hai. Payment confirmation mein thodi delay thi kabhi-kabhi, par tumhari team se support lene par sab clear ho gaya tha. Mujhe lagta hai ki agar onboarding mein thoda fast track option hota toh timing aur better hoti. Lekin billing aur payments ke basis par, overall mein satisfied hoon aur aage bhi chalate rahunga. Tumhare software ke automatic updates ne bhi invoice management ko kaafi easy bana diya hai. Bas thoda aur quick aur user friendly explanation mil jaye shuru mein, toh aur achha hota.
