Par jab maine support ko call kiya, to unhone patiently sari baatein clarify ki aur mujhe step-by-step guide kiya ki kya karna hai. Thoda frustrating tha pehla experience, because mujhe lag raha tha ki payment process smooth hona chahiye tha, especially jab product reliable hai. Lekin finally sab swaal clear ho gaye and invoice bhi sahi tarah se update ho gaya. Yeh thoda inconvenient tha but unki telephonic support acchi nikli jo situation ko improve karne mein madad ki.
