Billing thoda confusing tha, thoda achha bhi laga
Mujhe laga tha ki billing process simple aur smooth hoga, par honestly thodi dikkat ayi thi. Invoice receive karne mein delay hua aur payment steps bhi thoda complex lage. Kabhi kabhi system slow respons de raha tha aur mujhe support ko baar baar call karna padta tha to clear karne ke liye. Lekin ek cheez jo achhi lagi wo thi ki automatic updates dashboard pe easily show ho jate hain, toh wo process well-managed tha. Payment confirmation bhi clear thi otherwise, even though I felt thoda more clarity chahiye tha in invoicing and payment reminders before due date. Overall, mujhe lagta hai ki agar ye thoda aur streamline kar diya jaye, toh experience kaafi better ho jayega. Abhi ke liye thoda frustrating tha, par workable hai.
