Billing thoda complicated than pehle ka systems
Pehle jo billing experience tha doosre software se, uske mukable mein yeh thoda zyada complex lag raha hai. Mujhe laga ki simple invoice aur payment process milega, par yahan pe kuch alag subscriptions aur unpaid balance tracking thoda hectic tha. Jo mere liye especially difficult laga wo ye ki kabhi kabhi automatic billing alerts late milte hain, jis wajah se mujhe manually invoice check karna padta tha.
