Billing system was okay, not perfect but can work
Compared to other similar systems I’ve used before, the WFHI billing and payments feature was somewhat average. It certainly did the job of generating clear invoices and accepting various payment methods, which I appreciate. However, I noticed that it wasn't as slick or as intuitive as I expected. Sometimes I had to double-check if my payments were processed because the updates on the dashboard took some time to reflect. I also found navigating through past invoices a bit cumbersome compared to previous experiences with other software. That said, it wasn’t a deal-breaker because the overall function worked well enough for my needs. The payment and invoicing system met the minimum expectations to keep my workflow smooth. I would tell my friend it’s fine for basic use but might need some patience with the interface quirks. It’s not spectacular but good enough to get the job done.
