Yaar, billing system jo chal raha hai yahan pe uska handling of problems mujhe thoda disappoint kar gaya. Jab bhi koi error hua payment ya invoice me, toh resolution mein bahut time lagta tha aur kabhi kabhi lagta tha support team ko koi urgency nahi hai is situation mein. Toh mujhe bolna padega ki agar tumhein quick fixes chahiye toh shayad yeh setup tumhare liye sahi nahi hai. Haalanki main yeh maanungi ki basic billing aur payment process theek se chalti hai as expected. Par jab gadbad hoti hai tab response slow aata hai, aur frustration badhta hai. Overall mera experience thoda mixed raha, par yeh jo handling of problems ka issue hai usne mujhe toh genuinely disappointment di thi.
