Billing system language was confusing from the start

I had a really frustrating experience trying to understand the billing system. The labels on the invoices and payment pages were unclear, which made it difficult for me to figure out how much I was supposed to pay or when the due dates were. I remember the moment it really clicked for me—or rather, it didn’t—I kept mixing up terms like subscription fees and service charges because the wording didn't make sense in context. The billing statements used jargon that felt too technical and were not laid out in an intuitive way. Even after multiple attempts to understand the process, I was unsure if I was missing a step or if something was genuinely labeled incorrectly. Contacting support didn’t resolve it efficiently because their answers repeated the confusing labels without offering a clearer explanation. I was left uncertain about what I was paying for until the full cycle ended. In all, the unclear language around billing made managing payments a stressful and confusing experience for me that I hope they improve.
