Billing system is mixed; not great, not terrible
Compared to what I’m used to, WFHI’s billing and payment feels like a mixed bag. On one hand, the invoicing comes through on time and has all the necessary info, which is good. But on the other hand, it’s not as straightforward as it could be. Before I’ve used systems where you get clear prompts and reminders leading up to the due date, and here it’s mostly impersonal emails that I might miss. Payment methods are limited too, which can be annoying. I guess if you’re used to simple app-based payments, this will feel slower and more manual. The automatic updates for billing details help somewhat, but they also caused a bit of confusion when they altered the billing cycle description briefly. I can’t say it’s a disaster, but it doesn’t match up to my past experiences where billing was cleaner and less prone to uncertainty. So overall, I’d say it’s average or a bit below average, not fully reliable yet but not a nightmare either. The basics are there, which leaves room to improve.
